Reviews and Ratings
This hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms, large and comfortable bed, nice rain shower, and luxurious L'Occitane amenities. The inner courtyard view added a peaceful touch to the immaculate bathrooms and every amenity provided. The rooms were very comfortable for a relaxing stay.
The hotel offers gorgeous and very comfortable rooms with high-quality amenities, but the dining experience could be improved. The service is marvelous, the location is superb near major tourist sites, and the facilities are well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with calming grey tones and plenty of natural light. Despite the heavy construction and tourist traffic nearby, the room was quiet and comfortable. The service from the welcoming staff to the thoughtful housekeeping and restaurant team was exceptional. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Puerta del Sol and near all major attractions. The dining options were tasty, though there could have been more variety. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and well-prepared, despite the minimal extra space upgrade. The service was top-notch, with an excellent lobby bar and a helpful concierge who assisted us with various reservations. The location was superb, close to major tourist sites and great dining spots. However, the dining experience lacked variety and had limited options.
The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, making it perfect for exploring and enjoying the nearby attractions. The rooms are beautifully appointed with great attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. While the dining options were fantastic, some items were a bit greasy. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were not only spacious but also very comfortable, with a wonderfully cozy bed and great pillows. Despite the bustling surroundings, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find a brand new dog bed, bowls, and treats awaiting my furry companion. The small balcony overlooking the street was a lovely touch, and I thoroughly enjoyed the super comfy bed, amazing bathtub, luxurious bathroom amenities, and thoughtful extras like the 'pillow menu' and cool reading light.
